Add value to the digitalization of occupational health processes. **Join us as an Occupational Nursing Technician** **Scope:** Promote health, well-being, and quality of life for workers. **Location:** Garanhuns Factory **Terms and Conditions:** Availability to work rotating shifts **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** This role aims to operate within occupational health, supporting preventive, promotional, and health maintenance activities for employees while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal company policies. The professional will be responsible for performing nursing procedures, monitoring occupational medical examinations, providing first aid in emergency situations, and contributing to a safe and healthy workplace. Additionally, the professional may add value to the digitalization of occupational health processes, enhancing efficiency through initiatives such as: * Electronic data recording; * Indicator monitoring; * Integration with corporate systems; * Digital education; * Electronic document management. Because here, we don’t just hire for roles — we invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Triage at the Health Service. * Schedule and conduct occupational tests. * Schedule periodic medical evaluations. * Schedule pre-employment evaluations. * Manage the vaccination program. * Perform monthly and annual statistical controls. * Provide first aid and clinical nursing care. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization of the Health Service. * Disinfect materials, equipment, and environments. * Manage consumables inventory. * Ensure invoices are entered into the procurement system to facilitate required payments. * Participate in scheduled inspections, accident investigations, and risk assessments in work areas. * Initiate communication procedures whenever absences and/or accidents occur. * Conduct onboarding for newly hired employees. * Participate in and support health-related training sessions. * Conduct occupational health inspections. * Perform all occupational nursing activities except those reserved exclusively for Registered Nurses. * Carry out duties in accordance with the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards outlined in the Company’s policies. * Interface with external agencies: Sanitary Surveillance and COREN, for technical guidance. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with SOC – Occupational Health Software * Specialization in Occupational Nursing * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite * Availability to work rotating shifts **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Clinical experience (e.g., first aid) is a differentiator but not mandatory * Clear and assertive communication skills * Teamwork orientation * Empathy and emotional intelligence * Proactivity * Adaptability * Resilience * Organizational skills and attention to detail At Unilever, inclusion is central to everything we do. For one month per year, this role covers vacation leave for another shift colleague during administrative hours. Preference for candidates residing in Garanhuns – PE.
