We seek professionals who share our commitment to integrity, transparency, and excellence in everything we do. ### **Responsibilities** * Manage occupational safety documentation by assessing and monitoring occupational health through ASO, ERPs, PCMSO, and internal programs * Submit occupational safety and health (OSH) information to e-SOCIAL using the management system * Conduct training sessions to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance through theoretical and practical classes * Perform risk inspections and monitoring via the Risk Management Program (PGR) * Manage and request PPEs by controlling inventory and material requisitions * Manage occupational safety documentation for both the company and third parties through organization and archiving * Share and submit safety indicators through periodic reports to inform management about performance, monthly * Complete checklists and inspection forms through on-site verification to ensure regulatory compliance, daily * Develop action plans arising from non-conformities and improvements identified on site through data analysis and definition of corrective actions, as needed, to improve safety * Manage safety projects through planning and execution of activities to ensure continuous regulatory compliance * Size, establish, elect, and hold monthly CIPA meetings through organization and coordination to ensure worker participation in safety, monthly * Prepare Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR) through identification and assessment of risks * Signage of construction sites through installation of signs and notices to guide workers, continuously * Prepare risk maps through environmental risk assessments to identify hazardous areas, annually * Implement Emergency Response Plans through definition of procedures and training to ensure readiness in emergencies, as needed * Monitor and implement measures from the Technical Report on Working Environment Conditions (LTCAT) through execution of corrective actions to ensure regulatory compliance, as needed * Conduct field AUDICOMP audits through verification of working conditions to ensure regulatory compliance, periodically * Inspect equipment and field activities through on-site verification to ensure worker safety, daily * Onboard new employees on site through training and guidance to ensure regulatory compliance, as needed * Conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues), internal training sessions, and campaigns through lectures and activities to train workers, periodically * Support visits by the Ministry of Labor with assistance from the immediate supervisor through document organization and presentation to ensure regulatory compliance, as needed * File CAT (Work Accident Communication) and investigate accidents with support from the immediate supervisor through information collection and root cause analysis to define corrective actions, as needed * Approve critical activities on site through verification of safety conditions to ensure worker protection, as needed ### **Technical Requirements** * Technical qualification in occupational safety * Minimum 6 months of experience * Experience in civil construction is a plus ### **Behavioral Profile** * Communication * Proactivity * Dynamism * Problem Solving ### **Benefits** * On-site meals * Psychological support * Birthday day off * Discounts on company products * Partnership with sports clubs/multi-sport facilities * Partnerships with educational institutions * Profit-sharing program (PL) * Health insurance with co-payment and no monthly fee * Dental insurance * Totalpass * Internal university * Commuter allowance (Vale-Transporte) Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
