Perform basic adjustments and create exceptions in SIEM detection rules. Maintain the knowledge base (KB) updated with new attack scenarios and procedures. Handle medium-complexity technical support tickets, providing evidence and guidance to customers. Support senior analysts in War Rooms by collecting logs, evidence, and performing operational actions. Accurately record hours dedicated to support activities and projects (Timesheet). Conduct critical analysis of security alerts, proposing improvements and supporting customer presentations. Previous experience as a Junior Developer, Junior Programmer, IT Analyst, or Systems Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
