Job Summary: The professional will conduct Drive Tests to collect and analyze coverage and signal quality data from telecommunications networks, prepare technical reports, and collaborate with teams for optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Drive Test and network measurement tools. 2. Knowledge of network optimization and signal quality analysis. 3. Availability for travel and fieldwork. Conduct Drive Tests to collect coverage and signal quality data from telecommunications networks. Analyze and interpret test data to identify critical coverage and performance issues. Perform tests in various environments (roads, urban areas, rural areas, etc.) to ensure network quality. Configure and calibrate measurement and testing equipment. Prepare technical reports with test results and improvement recommendations. Support and monitor the network optimization and tuning process. Work closely with engineering and planning teams to identify network improvement opportunities. **Project Duration:** 1 (one) month **Requirements:** Completed Secondary Education Prior experience in Drive Test and network measurement tools (e.g., XCAL, TEMS, NEMO, etc.). Knowledge of network optimization and signal quality analysis (RSRP, SINR, etc.). Ability to produce clear and concise technical reports. Availability for travel and fieldwork. **Desirable:** Knowledge of 5G and emerging telecommunications technologies.
