Facilitation of communication and optimization of deadlines #### **About the Role:** Support the legal team in analyzing judgments and appellate decisions, issuing well-founded technical opinions to guide decisions on whether to file or waive appeals, ensuring careful evaluation of associated risks, costs, and benefits. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage required documentation, from information collection to file organization, to ensure efficiency and agility in procedural workflows. * Facilitate communication, ensuring clear and up-to-date information regarding the status of each case under your responsibility. * Contribute to deadline and procedural optimization, continually improving team practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of your work. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** Proven experience in analyzing judgments and drafting opinions on appeals, gained through work in legal advisory services, consulting firms, or legal departments.
