If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Daily Routine:** * Conduct daily visits to points of sale (POS), executing the commercial strategy with excellence, restocking shelves, refrigerators, and additional display areas, correctly communicating pricing, and ensuring increased sales volume; * Collect information on pricing, inventory levels, product portfolio, promotional activities, and product expiration dates; * Move product cartons and pallets between storage and sales areas within the store; * Inspect product conditions and expiration dates, implementing stock rotation for sales; * Conduct sales, negotiate, and execute the commercial strategy; * Place and manage orders. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Completed high school education; * Basic math knowledge; * Driver’s license category "A" or "AB"; * Comfort using smartphones. #### **Nice to Have:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; * Basic negotiation skills; * Prior experience in sales; * Basic understanding of distribution and markup; * Previous experience in merchandising and product display. **Working Hours:** 07:30 \- 12:00 \- 13:00 \- 17:18, Monday to Friday **Additional Information** #### **Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance plan; * Emotional Well\-Being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
