Focus on quality control and effective communication Description We are seeking a dedicated and operations-focused professional to assume the role of Production Leader at Lonax. The candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring our production team, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence in people management. **Responsibilities:** **Team Management:** * Supervise and motivate the production team, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment. * Conduct training and continuous development of the team, aiming to enhance technical and behavioral skills. **Operational Management:** * Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and quality. * Implement operational practices and processes that optimize production. * Verify and adjust operating parameters of extrusion machines; **Planning and Scheduling:** * Develop efficient production schedules, considering available resources and market demand. * Ensure adherence to established deadlines and targets. **Quality Control:** * Implement quality control standards, ensuring delivery of products meeting specified requirements and regulations. **Effective Communication:** * Maintain transparent and effective communication with various departments across the company, promoting interdepartmental collaboration. **Requirements:** * Experience in leading operational teams, preferably in production environments; * In-depth knowledge of operational processes; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule \| 08:00 to 20:00 or 20:00 to 08:00; * Problem-solving and decision-making skills; * Strong interpersonal communication and team motivation skills. **Qualifications:** * Technical or higher education degree in related fields Benefits * Food basket * On-site meals * Transportation allowance * Life insurance Work Location Avenida Prefeito Antônio Pereira, Várzea, 600, Recife \- Pernambuco, 50950\-030, Brazil **Contact:** administrativo.recife@lonax.com.br
