MISSION: To professionally serve all SPA guests in accordance with the Vila Galé standard. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve guests, presenting SPA products upon request. * Maintain organization of guest areas including reception, waiting areas, massage rooms, and others. * Restock, sanitize, and organize shelves and products sold within the SPA. * Perform massage services offered on the menu, strictly following Vila Galé standards. * Keep service schedules organized.
