Responsibilities and Duties * Team management; * Productivity and work schedule management; * Order-picking process management; * Supplementary replenishment and information sharing with departments involved in the process; * Internal damage indicator management; * Customer returns, budgeting, gaps, and deviations; * Team productivity; * Preparation of accountability reporting materials; * Action plans for problem resolution. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed **in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering**, or related fields; + Knowledge of process tools and **process methodologies** and **continuous improvement**; + ERP system knowledge; **WMS knowledge is a plus**; + Knowledge and skills in **people management**; + Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 360; + Knowledge of logistics KPIs; Desirable Requirements * Leadership; * Enjoy working with people; * Results-oriented; * Strategic direction and planning capability; * Commitment; * Discipline and proactive attitude.
