Identify opportunities for improvement and automation #### **About the role:** We are looking for an Administrative and Financial Analyst to join our team, with a primary focus on managing and processing commissions related to the marketing of the operator's health plans, ensuring correct application of commercial, contractual, and tax rules, promoting payment compliance, broker relationships, and continuous process improvement. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Perform monthly calculation of health plan sales commissions. * Verify and validate commission calculations according to current commercial rules. * Analyze contracts, sales, registration changes, and other information impacting commission calculations. * Request, receive, verify, and control invoices issued by brokers, representatives, and commercial partners. * Conduct analyses, audits, and cross-checks of data in spreadsheets, corporate systems, and databases. * Prepare management reports, monitoring dashboards, and performance indicators. * Serve as the focal point for broker and internal department support regarding the commissioning process. * Identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement. * Support automation, governance, internal controls, and digital transformation initiatives. * Participate in reviewing and updating regulations, workflows, work instructions, and operational procedures. * Ensure adherence to established deadlines for commission processing and payment. * Support internal and external audits related to the process. * Safeguard confidentiality and integrity of information under your responsibility. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in: Administration; Accounting Sciences; Economics; Management Processes; Financial Management; or related fields * Advanced Excel * Knowledge of Power BI and Artificial Intelligence tools
