Ensuring compliance with projects and safety regulations **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and supervise on-site construction activities * Manage in-house and outsourced teams * Control physical schedule and site productivity * Perform measurements of completed works * Ensure compliance with projects and technical specifications * Control materials, equipment, and supplies * Prepare construction progress reports * Address technical and operational issues * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Civil Engineering** * Active CREA registration * Experience in construction monitoring and execution * Proficiency in: * AutoCAD * Excel (intermediate level) * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings * Willingness to work on-site Compensation: Up to R$9\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
