As a QA professional, you will work directly alongside Development, Product, and Design teams, serving as the key piece ensuring our customers always receive the best. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Strategy and Planning:** Review and analyze system specifications, collaborating in defining acceptance criteria from the outset of requirements. * **Hands-On Testing:** Plan, design, and execute manual test cases, and develop **automated tests using Playwright**. * **Defect Management:** Identify, report, and investigate bugs, actively supporting resolution of identified issues. * **Continuous Quality:** Collaborate with other QA engineers to develop effective strategies and ensure flawless application functionality. * **Agile Culture:** Actively participate in ceremonies (Dailies, Refinements, Retros) and collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee quality in every delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Experience:** Solid experience in agile environments and QA processes. * **Automation:** Knowledge of test automation (experience or strong foundation to grow with Playwright). * **Profile:** Analytical mindset, strong communication skills to interact effectively across teams, and continuous learning motivation. **Nice-to-Haves:** ----------------- * Knowledge of non-functional testing (performance, load, security). * Familiarity with DevOps culture and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). * Quality certifications (e.g., CTFL, CTAL, ISTQB). **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** -------------------------------------- **Health Insurance (SulAmérica):** Taking care of your health is essential — count on a solid plan to stay well. **Dental Insurance (SulAmérica):** To keep your smile beautiful and healthy. **Meal/Voucher Card (Swile):** Your meal and/or food allowance on a single, practical, modern card.
