Job Summary: We are seeking professionals to conduct social follow-up for families and individuals, carry out home visits and social services, support community initiatives, and contribute to social projects. Institutional relationship management and stakeholder engagement Job Description: *We are looking for professionals to join our team — this opportunity could be yours!* Responsibilities: * Conduct social follow-up for families and individuals * Carry out home visits and social service interventions * Apply data collection tools and monitor social indicators * Support community meetings and coordination with local networks * Provide social guidance and referrals, when necessary * Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of project activities Desired Experience: * Experience in projects with community interface * Experience in social or community work, or family support services * Planning and field activity monitoring * Institutional relationship management and stakeholder engagement Prerequisites: * Microsoft Office Suite * Technical writing (minutes, reports, formal records) * Availability to work and reside in the region: Caetés, Paranatama, Pedra, and Garanhuns in the State of Pernambuco. * Strong communication and organizational skills * Brazilian National Driver's License – Category B Main Responsibilities: * Conduct social follow-up for families and individuals * Carry out home visits and social service interventions * Apply data collection tools and monitor social indicators * Support community meetings and coordination with local networks * Provide social guidance and referrals, when necessary * Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of project activities Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and/or Psychology Please send your resume to rh@integratio.com.br with the subject line “SENIOR PROJECT ANALYST”.
