Job Summary: Perform cleaning, maintenance, and operational support services to ensure organized, hygienic, and appropriate environments in the hotel. Key Highlights: 1. Support governance activities and space reorganization. #### **About the position:** * Perform cleaning, maintenance, and operational support services in common areas, administrative areas, and service areas of the hotel, ensuring environments that are organized, hygienic, and compliant with the company's quality and safety standards. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Clean social areas (lobby, corridors, rooms, shared restrooms), operational areas (floor pantries, locker rooms, cafeteria), and administrative areas of the hotel. * Restock hygiene supplies (paper, soap, hand sanitizer) in common-use areas. * Support housekeeping activities as needed (pantry cleaning, garbage collection, material transportation). * Maintain cleaning equipment and report any need for maintenance or replacement. * Keep the workplace clean and ensure cleaning supplies are properly organized and stored. * Follow safety procedures, use of PPEs, and instructions from leadership team. * Contribute to sustainable practices (conscious use of water, energy, and cleaning products). * Assist in setting up or reorganizing event rooms, support areas, or internal spaces when requested. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed High School Education #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Training in cleaning equipment usage, product dilution, hygiene and safety standards. * Work experience duration for this role: 6 months to 1 year * Prior experience in professional cleaning or general services, preferably in hospitality, hospitals, or large companies. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine | Tele-specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off * On-site meal * Discounts on accommodations within the network #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Rotating shift: 5 days on, 1 day off * Shift: 10:00 PM to 5:35 AM
