Job Summary: Provide direct and friendly service to guests and customers in food and beverage areas, ensuring swift, high-quality service for an enjoyable experience. Key Highlights: 1. Hygiene and behavioral standards required in the hospitality industry. #### **About the position:** * Provide direct service to guests and customers in food and beverage areas, ensuring friendly, efficient service aligned with quality standards, contributing to a pleasant and professional dining experience. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Serve customers at tables, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages courteously and accurately. * Set up and organize service areas according to departmental standards (mise en place). * Clear plates, cutlery, and glasses after use, keeping service points consistently clean and organized. * Relay orders to the kitchen and bar, verifying correct item delivery. * Monitor customer needs during their stay at food and beverage outlets, offering support whenever necessary. * Present the bill and process payment correctly via cash register or POS system. * Support the organization and execution of events, room service, or other F&B services as requested. * Comply with the hotel’s hygiene, behavioral, and personal presentation standards. * Follow all departmental checklists to ensure service quality, standardization, and equipment maintenance. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed High School education * Prior experience as a waiter in restaurants, hotels, buffets, or similar establishments * Training in etiquette, service techniques, basic wine knowledge, and order management systems. #### **Desirable requirements (advantageous):** * Basic English (desirable) * 6 months to 1 year of experience as a waiter in a high-end hotel or restaurant. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine | Tele-specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off * On-site meals * Discounts on accommodations within the hotel chain #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:03 AM * Rotation: 5 days on, 1 day off
