Join a purpose-driven company that believes energy and responsibility go hand in hand. **Responsibilities and duties** * Human Resources, Personnel Administration, or People Management departments * Recruitment and selection of personnel * Onboarding and offboarding of employees * Timekeeping, benefits, and vacation management * Support in payroll administration * Organization of internal training and events * Support for organizational climate initiatives and internal communication * Maintenance and updating of employee records in the HR system * Preparation of departmental reports and metrics * Support for employees and managers, clarifying questions regarding HR policies and internal procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** * Education: Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields * Valid driver's license and driving experience * Availability for nationwide travel * Work model: In-person * Experience in Transmission Lines (preferred) **Additional information** **Benefits:** As stipulated by the current Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) applicable in the locality.
