Job Summary: Responsible for producing a variety of pastry products, adhering to quality standards, developing new recipes, and maintaining workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring food hygiene and safety **Responsibilities:** * Produce cakes, pies, desserts, confections, and pastry products in general; * Follow company-defined recipes and quality standards; * Develop new recipes and suggestions to expand the menu; * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and preservation; * Ensure proper use of equipment and supplies; * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a pastry assistant; * Knowledge of pastry techniques, dough preparation, fillings, and frostings; * Creativity, attention to detail, and manual dexterity; * Commitment, punctuality, and ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Courses in pastry or baking; * Experience in artistic cake and fine dessert decoration.
