Job Summary: You will advise customers at the checkout, manage payments and returns, and foster high-quality relationships through various channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fostering high-quality customer relationships Collecting payments from customers at the checkout, including returns, order balances, and partial deliveries. You will also accompany, welcome, and listen to customers, advising them to find the solution and product best suited to their needs. Additionally, you will foster high-quality customer relationships both in person and via social channels, and manage payment, financing, and after-sales services. We are seeking someone with digital skills, strong communication abilities, and full availability to start immediately. This is a temporary replacement position with a weekly schedule of 30 hours, featuring rotating morning and afternoon shifts. The location is Mos, and the salary is €1056 gross per month.
