Requirements * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences. * Practical experience of preferably two years or more in accounting routines within an accounting firm or corporate accounting department. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in **Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, nested formulas, and data manipulation functions). * Proven familiarity with accounting systems/ERP (e.g., TOTVS, Domínio, Protheus, or similar) and willingness to propose process improvements. * Knowledge of applicable accounting and tax legislation (ISS, ICMS, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ/CSLL) and experience with ancillary obligations (SPED, DCTF, EFD) will be considered advantageous. * Analytical mindset, attention to detail, organization, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. * Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, proactivity, and willingness to guide less experienced colleagues. Main Responsibilities * **Execute and review** accounting entries, bookkeeping, and adjustments autonomously. * Perform complex bank and asset reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions. * Calculate taxes (federal, state, and municipal) and prepare documents for ancillary obligations (e.g., SPED, DCTF, EFD) in coordination with the team. * Actively participate in the monthly financial closing process, prepare accruals, perform account analysis, and generate management reports. * Review and analyze financial statements, providing technical support to management and responsible accountants. * Maintain proper organization and integrity of fiscal and accounting documentation, supporting internal and external audits. * Serve as a technical reference for assistants/juniors, guiding and reviewing activities as needed. * Use and propose improvements to processes and routines within the company’s ERP/accounting system.
