




Job Summary: This professional will support the housekeeping staff scheduling, supervise common areas and guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, organization, and quality standards, and perform special room setups. Perform special room setups for guests **Responsibilities:** Support housekeeping staff scheduling by generating reservation reports, assigning staff to guest rooms, and monitoring daily activities to ensure all rooms are cleaned and organized each day. Supervise common areas of the towers, inspecting spaces and overseeing cleaning activities to ensure they remain clean, organized, and compliant with company standards daily. Inspect vacated guest rooms to verify that all cleaning items have been completed and report findings to the housekeeping manager for proper release of rooms for new reservations, performed daily. Supervise cleaning of occupied guest rooms by monitoring housekeeping staff activities and verifying compliance with cleaning policies and procedures to ensure rooms are clean and guest satisfaction is maintained, performed daily. Request maintenance for guest rooms by identifying issues and notifying the housekeeping manager to block units accordingly, ensuring timely repairs and availability for new reservations, performed daily. Handle special room setups in guest rooms, receiving requests and preparing environments with specific decorations to fulfill guest requests and enhance guest delight, as needed. **Requirements:** Completed high school education.
