Job Summary: The professional will analyze and discuss technical instructions, coordinate teams, inspect work performed, and supervise compliance with safety regulations on civil construction sites. Supervision and enforcement of safety regulations * Education: Elementary school; * Experience in medium-scale civil construction projects; * Responsibilities: Analyze and discuss with superiors the details and technical instructions for site work; coordinate teams of professionals, assistants, and subcontracted workers; inspect work performed at all stages of the project and record such inspections on the respective service verification forms; enhance productivity; supervise and enforce compliance with safety regulations; require team members to maintain appropriate performance and discipline regarding safety requirements, cleanliness, and protection of company and client assets; and other duties inherent to the position.
