Implement improvements aimed at cost reduction and quality **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for Home Care management, i.e., managing the entire administrative, operational, and commercial area. Define, organize, and control strategic and administrative programs of the company, integrating departments in a systemic manner. Disseminate the company’s strategy and safety culture and patient experience. Implement improvements aimed at reducing costs and enhancing service quality. **Main Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Hospital Management, Nursing, or related fields; * Prior experience in hospital management; * Knowledge of indicator management and logistical processes; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Health Services Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of pharmaceutical and clinical support processes; * Previous experience in Home Care management; **Additional Information:** * Contract type: PJ (Individual Service Provider); * Fully on-site work format; * Monday to Friday, business hours;
