If you possess analytical skills, proactivity, a results orientation, and passion for delivering excellence in customer relationship management, this opportunity is for you! **About the position:** As a **Commercial Analyst**, you will be responsible for supporting the management and execution of commercial initiatives focused on hospital package sales and healthcare services, as well as contributing to the department’s strategic planning. **Main responsibilities:** · Support the development and execution of commercial strategies for hospital services. · Monitor commercial department performance indicators and propose improvement actions. · Plan and execute sales campaigns in partnership with marketing and technical teams. · Manage patient relationships and portfolio management. · Track open budgets and support the proposal conversion process. · Ensure excellence throughout the patient journey and in service standards. · Support scheduling management and related resource coordination. · Participate in resolving operational issues impacting the patient experience. · Maintain an updated and organized commercial portfolio. **Requirements:** · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; · Experience in sales and/or customer service; · Organization, proactivity, and solution orientation; · Completed undergraduate degree; · Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems; · Availability to work during standard business hours. **Benefits:** **Transportation + meal allowance:** R$525.00 **Commission upon target achievement** **Employment type:** CLT **Send your resume to:** rhhospitalsaojosepe@gmail.com **Application deadline:** **23/03/2025** Salary: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
