Opportunities for learning and professional growth The Senior Sales Associate serves as a key reference within the store team, assuming the Store Leader’s responsibilities during their absence. In this role, you play a strategic part in customer service, process management, and team leadership—ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Substitute the Store Leader during absences, taking charge of team coordination and decision-making. Handle issues directly, ensuring agility and accuracy. Support administrative and operational tasks related to daily store activities. Ensure adherence to service, organization, and performance standards. Contribute to team development by serving as a role model in conduct and performance. Requirements: Prior experience in customer service and store operations. Previous experience in leadership or people management (formal or informal). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Leadership mindset and desire for professional growth.
