**Professional to work at the ADMINISTRATIVE BASE in the Municipality of Recife\-PE, affiliated with the HEALTH SERVICES OF THE PERNAMBUCAN WOMEN'S TRAILERS (Mobile Health Units \- MHUs), within the STATE OF PERNAMBUCO'S HEALTH MACROREGIONS.**
**Workload: 44**H/Week
**Base Salary**: R$ 8\.575,60
**Requirements**: Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing, Administration, Production Engineering, Law, or related fields, with knowledge in Quality and Patient Safety.
**Desirable:** Specialization in Quality Management, Healthcare Accreditation, or Healthcare Auditing.

**Responsibilities:**
* Ensure excellence in services delivered by healthcare units managed by the Institute, implementing and monitoring quality management systems that guarantee patient safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards;
* Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) according to regulatory requirements;
* Conduct internal audits and support external audits related to healthcare services; develop and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs);
* Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and patient safety;
* Conduct training activities on quality and patient safety for multidisciplinary teams;
* Supervise compliance with patient safety and biosafety protocols;
* Coordinate continuous improvement programs and risk management;
* Analyze non-conformance reports, incidents, and propose corrective and preventive action plans;
* Maintain integration with other departments to ensure process quality;
* Ensure trailer compliance with regulations issued by the Ministry of Health, ANVISA, and other regulatory agencies; identify, assess, and mitigate quality-related risks;
* Develop contingency plans to minimize impacts of adverse events;
* Manage changes in quality processes and systems;
* Establish effective communication regarding changes; support document management;
* Develop and standardize documents;
* Support activities of the Patient Safety Unit.
