**Professional to work at the ADMINISTRATIVE BASE in the municipality of Recife\-PE, affiliated with the HEALTH SERVICES OF THE PERNAMBUCAN WOMEN'S TRAILERS (Mobile Health Units \- MHUs), within the STATE OF PERNAMBUCO'S HEALTH MACROREGIONS.**
**Workload: 30**H/Week
**Base Salary**: R$: 6\.575,60
**Requirements**: Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing, active registration with the Regional Council \+ Minimum experience in management
**Meal Voucher: 780.00**
**Transportation Voucher: 249.60**
**Responsibilities:**
* Ensure organization and management of the nursing team;
* Plan staff schedules and coverage;
* Monitor compliance with nursing protocols and technical procedures;
* Supervise the performance of nursing procedures and consultations aboard the trailers;
* Plan and conduct technical and operational training; hold regular meetings to align teams;
* Coordinate procurement of necessary materials and supplies;
* Monitor and participate in the management of patient safety and quality indicators;
* Assist in internal conflict management;
* Establish an efficient communication channel with managers and patients;
* Conduct regular visits to Health Services to monitor work processes;
* Participate in updating clinical protocols with SESPE when requested and disseminate them across the ICEPES professional network;
* Ensure implementation of strategies to achieve contractual health indicators;
* Monitor health regulation processes together with regulatory agencies;
* Monitor system access and records in Health Information Systems; participate in recruitment and selection of personnel.
