Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent attraction and selection. ### **Human Resources Analyst — Focus on Recruitment and Selection** **Position Description** We are looking for a **Senior HR Analyst** with strong expertise in **Recruitment and Selection (R\&S)** to lead strategic hiring processes and support the company's growth by attracting top talent. The ideal candidate possesses an analytical mindset, clear communication skills, proficiency in digital tools, and experience managing complex hiring processes. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Selection (R&S) processes for operational, technical, administrative, managerial, and strategic positions. * Align job requirements with hiring managers and define appropriate attraction strategies for each vacancy. * Build and optimize talent pipelines, including resume screening, competency-based interviews, assessment tests, and evaluation reports. * Create and maintain **R\&S dashboards and reports** in **Excel** (pipeline, SLA, time-to-hire, funnel, hiring quality metrics). * Proficiency in Canva; * Develop and standardize internal communications materials related to job openings, hiring processes, and best practices. * Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire selection process. * Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent attraction and selection. * Conduct onboarding; ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in **Recruitment and Selection**. * Experience with various interview methodologies and competency-based assessments. * **Advanced Excel** (data analysis, dashboards, R\&S metrics). * **Canva** for creating visual materials, social media posts, presentations, and campaigns. * Ability to manage a high volume and complexity of job openings. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
