Will work for a growing company with a collaborative environment focused on development. Lead, engage, and develop the sales and customer service team. Ensure service standards and customer experience in the store. Monitor daily operational goals, metrics, and results. Organize staff scheduling, routines, and task distribution. Manage inventory, goods receipt, and stocktaking. Implement commercial campaigns and initiatives to increase sales. Perform tasks related to standard Store Manager duties. Position located in Recife / PE. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Store Coordinator, Sales Manager, or Sales Team Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
