We have an opening for you to become a Branch Leader, where you will be hired as a Leader, managing teams and leveraging your influence to achieve results. Your role here will include: Managing the business unit (branch or PAB), ensuring actions are aligned with seizing commercial opportunities, delivering excellent service, and maintaining infrastructure; Driving team performance and career development (through training and capacity building); Supervising and serving branch customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience; Managing NPS and daily sales targets, implementing improvement actions when necessary; Ensuring quality in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements; Visiting the microregion, fostering new business, and acquiring new customers; Team engagement initiatives.
