We have an opening for you to become a Store Leader, where you will be positioned as a Leader, managing teams and exercising influence to achieve results. Your role here will include: Managing the business unit (branch or PAB), ensuring actions are aligned with leveraging commercial opportunities, customer service, and infrastructure; Driving team performance and career development (through training and capacity building); Supervising and serving customers visiting the branch, guaranteeing excellence in their experience; Managing NPS and daily sales targets, implementing improvement initiatives when necessary; Ensuring quality in accordance with bank standards and regulatory requirements; Visiting the micro-region, fostering new business, and acquiring new customers; Team engagement initiatives.
