GPTW-certified law firm SALESPERSON / COMMERCIAL CONSULTANT Victor Hugo Advogados is seeking a SALESPERSON / COMMERCIAL CONSULTANT to join its team in SERRA TALHADA \- PE, focusing on prospecting and serving clients, presenting legal services, and converting opportunities. Victor Hugo Advogados Associados is a law firm specializing in Social Security Law, with over 21,000 clients and more than 5,000 active cases. Main Responsibilities * Provide service to clients interested in the firm’s services; * Prospect new clients; * Identify client needs and present appropriate legal solutions; * Schedule meetings between clients and attorneys; * Follow up on proposals and commercial negotiations; * Keep client and opportunity records updated; * Support commercial and relationship strategies; Requirements * Completed high school education (college degree in progress is desirable); * Prior experience in sales, commercial service, or consulting; * Strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and negotiation capacity; * Organization and results orientation; * Ethics, professional conduct, and confidentiality. * Experience with CRM or commercial management systems \- Preferred.
