IT infrastructure and information security management The company is seeking an IT Supervisor in Recife. **Responsibilities:** Lead and supervise the IT team, promoting organization, engagement, and high performance. Coordinate and monitor the operation of SAP and TOTVS ERPs, ensuring availability, process compliance, and user support. Serve as the focal point between IT and business units for system and process improvement. Ensure security, integrity, and reliability of corporate databases and information. Administer and provide support for the Microsoft 365 and Office 365 environment. Manage IT infrastructure, including data center, virtualization, and structured cabling. Implement and monitor information security policies. Structure, standardize, and optimize IT processes based on industry best practices. Apply ITIL and COBIT frameworks to ensure governance, control, and quality of IT services. Support continuous improvement, automation, and technological innovation projects. Previous experience as IT Coordinator, IT Team Leader, IT Manager, or IT Infrastructure Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
