




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring backstage/warehouse processes and operations, including receiving, organizing, maintaining, and inventorying merchandise while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Opportunity to work in a team and improve processes **JOB MISSION** Ensure backstage/warehouse processes and operations. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Duties and Responsibilities** * Ensure receipt of merchandise; * Transfer products between stores; * Manage merchandise returns to warehouse/distribution center; * Conduct inventories; * Maintain FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory organization; * Maintain store upkeep; * Handle damaged or expired items per company policy; * Ensure a safe and clean workplace; * Maintain confidentiality of information; * Participate in Operations team meetings for operational alignment when requested; * Ensure cleaning and organization standards are upheld by the entire team; * Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures; * Ensure backstage safety and organization: inventory, cabinets, kitchen, restroom, etc.; * Continuously contribute to identifying best practices to ensure satisfactory audit outcomes; * Report inventory issues to supervisor or store manager; * Ensure store safety standards are maintained; * Adhere to the LVMH Group Code of Ethics and Conduct. **Inventory Management** * Ensure timely receipt and transfer of merchandise; * Follow prescribed procedures upon identifying discrepancies during receipt; * Perform product and tool updates as specified in company guidelines; * Verify the store is fully stocked with products before storing them in inventory; * Adjust inventory as needed to accommodate shipping requirements; * Maintain updated inventory organization and labeling; * Report maintenance needs and monitor maintenance progress; * Store maintenance materials (e.g., light tubes). **Training** * Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings; * Seek additional training when necessary. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES** **Professional Experience** * Prior experience as an inventory associate preferred; * Administrative experience desirable. **Knowledge and Required Skills** * Logical reasoning; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with merchandise receiving systems preferred; * Organization and proactivity. **Education Level** * Completed high school diploma or equivalent. **Job Requirements** * Communicate verbally with staff clearly; * Physical effort required; * Availability and flexibility required; * Adhere to dress code. **Competencies** * Teamwork; * Committed and proactive attitude; * Willingness to learn; * Professional ethics and values aligned with Sephora.
