#### **Main Responsibilities:**
Manage people and all hotel operational activities during the night shift, reporting to the Hotel General Manager;
Directly handle critical situations, ensuring agility and accuracy;
Ensure high-quality guest experience, emphasizing delight and demand resolution;
Monitor hotel incidents, ensuring proper routing and follow-up of related actions, complying with the PDCA cycle;
Act preventively and remedially in response to operational and service-related contingencies.
#### **Mandatory Requirements:**
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration
Knowledge of hotel operational processes
Experience in front office, reservations, or customer service/guest experience departments
Strong customer experience orientation and problem-solving skills
Communication skills, empathy, and conflict management ability
Autonomous decision-making capability with a sense of urgency
#### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):**
Postgraduate degree in Hospitality Management
Language proficiency (English/Spanish)
