Job Description Mission Lead the concessionaire’s corporate communication, with focus on brand building and strengthening, integrated management of internal and external communication, local media relations, interface with local stakeholders, and crisis management. Responsibilities* Brand and institutional positioning Develop and implement the concessionaire’s brand positioning and strengthening strategy, ensuring message consistency, institutional narrative, and identity across all channels. * External communication and media Lead local and regional media relations, coordinating communications advisory services, press releases, official statements, interviews, and spokesperson positioning. * Crisis management Directly manage operational, institutional, or reputational crises, coordinating messages and responses in alignment with senior management, technical departments, and other involved parties. * Internal communication Plan and execute internal communication initiatives to support team engagement, dissemination of strategic information, operational campaigns, and alignment with the concessionaire’s culture. * Local stakeholders Support institutional communication with local stakeholders—including granting authorities, public agencies, and communities—ensuring clear, aligned, and concession agreement–compliant messaging. Candidate Requirements Requirements* Degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields. * Solid experience in corporate communication, preferably in infrastructure, sanitation, energy, concessions, or regulated sectors. * Proven experience in media relations, crisis management, and institutional communication. * Strategic, organized profile with strong execution capability and ability to operate effectively under pressure. * Experience interacting with holding companies or corporate headquarters is a plus.
