This detailed strategy is the soul of our institution and must serve as a permanent source of guidance and inspiration for all institutional decisions. **100% ON-SITE IN RECIFE.** **What is the challenge of this role?** Provide strategic legal consulting to internal clients on strategic and/or highly complex matters, with a focus on risk prevention and liability mitigation; Participate in meetings involving highly complex discussions as an interlocutor, upon senior management directive; Participate in Board and Shareholders’ Meetings discussing strategic or highly complex topics, per senior management directive, organizing and drafting related documents—including required official records; Develop and implement MV’s M\&A operations, leading due diligence processes; Propose and implement corporate restructuring initiatives; Maintain interface with external law firms to supervise their activities related to strategic judicial and administrative proceedings; Review documentation and supporting information for strategic judicial and administrative proceedings collected by Legal Assistants and Analysts, monitoring respective filing protocols. **What we expect from you:** Bachelor’s degree in Law from an institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); Experience in corporate law, particularly contract, corporate, and procedural law; Previous postgraduate education in areas related to corporate law, especially contract, corporate, and procedural law.
