Focus on ensuring the smooth operation of internal processes We are looking for an organized, proactive, and communicative professional to work as an **Administrative Assistant** in our vehicle protection company. In addition to administrative duties, this person will also **conduct commercial customer service**, directly contributing to the sales team. The focus is to ensure the smooth operation of internal processes and support the acquisition and conversion of new members. **Responsibilities:** * Assist with general administrative routines (document organization, registrations, contract issuance, spreadsheet control, etc.); * Schedule and confirm appointments; * Support sales consultants; * Generate reports; * Conduct training sessions. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree in progress preferred – Administration, Business Management, or related fields); * Experience in administrative routines and/or customer service; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, systems, and communication tools (WhatsApp Business, CRM, email); * Good typing speed and organizational skills. **Advantages:** * Experience in telephone support and helpdesk; * Experience in training delivery. **Behavioral Profile:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication and active listening skills; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Results-oriented mindset; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Agility and commitment. **Additional Information:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
