Team development and training. **Job: Floor Supervisor** **Description** We are seeking an organized, proactive professional with leadership potential to serve as Floor Supervisor. The role involves ensuring cleaning, organization, and maintenance standards for guest rooms and support areas, guaranteeing excellence in housekeeping services, adherence to operational procedures, and guest satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise, guide, and monitor the housekeeping staff and laundry assistants. * Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity and service quality. * Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and support areas to ensure compliance with cleaning, organization, and maintenance standards. * Coordinate room status with the Front Desk to ensure timely room readiness within established deadlines. * Manage supplies, linens, equipment, and housekeeping products. * Identify maintenance needs and request necessary repairs. * Train, guide, and develop the team, promoting adherence to procedures, safety regulations, and best service practices. * Support the Housekeeping Manager in administrative and operational routines, contributing to performance indicator targets. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is preferred). * Experience in housekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry. * Prior experience in team leadership. * Knowledge of cleaning, room preparation, and maintenance standards. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems are considered advantageous. * Organized, responsible, communicative profile with leadership ability, people management skills, and a strong focus on service quality.
