Job Summary: Repair and rebuild tires for agricultural machinery and vehicles using appropriate tools to restore them to usable condition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Dismantle and inspect damaged tires 2. Recover inner tubes and internal tire components 3. Perform tire vulcanization and balancing Repair and rebuild tires for field-used machinery and vehicles using appropriate tools, repairing and retreading damaged or worn parts to restore them to usable condition. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Dismantle wheels from machinery or vehicles using appropriate tools to inspect the condition of damaged tires; Remove and recover inner tubes, identifying punctures, tears or other damage, sealing them with adhesive materials to restore optimal usability; * Inspect and restore internal tire components, observing damages, removing foreign objects embedded in the tread using screwdrivers, pliers and other tools, to enable recovery or disposal; Perform or arrange external tire retreading by applying a new rubber layer to worn areas to level the outer surface; Vulcanize retreaded tire sections and inner tubes by subjecting them to heat to enhance durability and elasticity; * Mount the repaired tire, ensuring correct inflation pressure and verifying proper fit to restore the wheel’s original specifications; Balance wheels using lead or other counterweights affixed to the rim to prevent uneven tire wear; Report requirements for consumables, spare parts, tools, etc., to ensure timely restocking; * Report any damage or signs of mechanical defects—or any other abnormal conditions observed during wheel assembly—or perform adjustments, minor repairs or part replacements as needed or in emergency situations; Remain vigilant regarding unsafe acts or conditions in internal or outsourced teams, reporting and/or taking preventive measures per institutional instructions; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum Education: Incomplete Elementary School – 4th grade. * Technical Competencies (Knowledge, specializations, qualifications, certifications, registrations, licenses) * Behavioral Profile (Skills and attitudes): Physical stamina, acute observation, focused attention, initiative, and strong interpersonal relationship skills. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Basic food basket * Christmas food basket * Life insurance * Commuter pass #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
