We are looking for a **Building Technician** to work **at the office**, supporting technical activities related to budget and project analysis. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verification of quantitative project takeoffs * Analysis and review of calculation memoranda * Evaluation of cost compositions for budget preparation * Support in the technical analysis of projects and engineering documents * Organization and control of technical information **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Building Construction; * Experience in reading construction drawings; * Knowledge of quantitative takeoff and budgeting; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability; * Intermediate Excel; * Intermediate AutoCAD; **Additional Information** Meal/Voucher Allowance: Health insurance; Dental insurance; PPR (Profit Sharing Program); Remunerated incentive program for physical activity; Company-paid parking; Total Pass.
