Design, develop, implement, and enhance mechanical systems, machines, and equipment, ensuring a strategic role in technology creation and production process improvement by developing solutions ranging from equipment design to system maintenance and continuous improvement, always emphasizing performance and safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** Design and develop machines, equipment, and mechanical systems; perform technical calculations for sizing and planning of mechanical components such as motors, pumps, turbines, and transmission systems; Create and maintain technical documentation for mechanical projects, including operation manuals, maintenance manuals, and component specifications; Create and review technical drawings and diagrams of mechanical systems using computer-aided design tools; Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance; develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans; Develop and implement solutions promoting energy efficiency; participate in research and development projects; integrate new technologies; Develop and deliver training for operators, technicians, and other professionals on the proper and safe use of machines and mechanical systems; Ensure projects and deliverables comply with technical standards and regulations; participate in audits; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems; implement lean manufacturing practices; analyze systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** Proficiency in AutoCAD Proficiency in Revit is a plus Advanced Office skills **Additional Information** Natto is part of the Brazilian family!
