Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe. \#JoinAlvoarDairy **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage maintenance, utilities, and PCM teams; * Present results in weekly and monthly meetings for respective departments; * Ensure achievement of annual targets aligned with the organization’s strategic map; * Manage maintenance area costs at the unit where employed; * Ensure proper operation of facilities, devices, and electrical and electronic equipment according to required technical standards; * Develop and implement methods, prepare plans and techniques aimed at improving and refining maintenance processes; * Coordinate planning and scheduling of maintenance activities; * Act as a technical advisor in acquiring and implementing new technologies, including performing technical interventions on equipment; * Supervise and train the maintenance team, providing advisory support to units whenever necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Advantage: Experience in management roles within the dairy industry; * Desired: Experience in UHT filling and drying lines; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software, maintenance planning and control, occupational safety regulations, food safety standards, and 5S methodology; * Willingness to relocate to Morada Nova\-CE; * Communication, Strategic Focus, Customer Orientation, Initiative, Leadership, Quality and Productivity Orientation, Resilience, Ownership Mindset, and Entrepreneurial Vision. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary; * Meals provided at the workplace; * Group life insurance; * Partnerships with institutions; * UNIMED health plan; * Optional dental plan; * Dairy Benefit Program; * Virtual store for purchasing products at discounted prices; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on target achievement.
