Strategic involvement in licensing and compliance Description: * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies and/or certifications in environmental management, sustainability, or project management (preferred); * Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles related to environmental and social management; * Experience in licensing processes, water resources management, and environmental and social management systems; * Knowledge of environmental and water resources legislation; * Experience implementing and maintaining management systems and certifications; * Willingness to travel. * Plan and manage the department's annual budget; * Develop guidelines, policies, and procedures for Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS) and Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Management Systems; * Implement, maintain, and enhance Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS) and Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Management Systems; * Ensure acquisition and maintenance of certifications relevant to the scope of work; * Manage sustainability indicators and prepare periodic reports on environmental and social performance, covering topics such as environmental management, solid waste, energy efficiency, emissions, risks, compliance, emergencies, and stakeholder engagement; * Coordinate licensing processes, authorizations, and other applicable regulatory requirements; * Monitor compliance with licenses, water use permits, and commitment agreements signed with competent authorities; * Serve as the responsible party for management systems during internal and external audits; * Supervise contracted companies providing technical services or consulting in environmental, social, water resources, health, and occupational safety areas; * Participate in meetings with public agencies, sectoral entities, committees, and councils to strengthen sustainability practices and institutional relationships; * Manage training and development programs focused on environmental, social, and safety topics, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements; * Perform other related duties as directed by leadership and organizational needs. 2511060202271852888
