***T&D ANALYST (Infrastructure/Projects Segment) \- RECIFE/PE (IN-PERSON) \| CLT***
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in **Psychology, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related fields**;
* Postgraduate studies in Human Development, Corporate Education, or related areas are desirable.
* Prior experience in **HR Development, Training & Development (T&D), or Corporate Learning**;
* Knowledge of **adult learning methodologies**;
* Experience in **designing and delivering training programs and development initiatives**;
* Familiarity with **learning platforms and online and in-person engagement tools**;
* Experience in **preparing reports, projects, and executive presentations**.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead **corporate learning and people development projects**;
* Design and deliver **onboarding and integration programs**;
* Develop and support initiatives focused on **organizational culture and employee engagement**;
* Plan and facilitate **training sessions, workshops, and corporate events**;
* Create **learning environments and development experiences**;
* Prepare reports, metrics, and departmental presentations;
* Support **budget planning and control for the People function**;
* Collaborate closely with business units to identify development needs.
