Administrative routine and institutional event support ### **Administrative Assistant Position designated for Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** * UNIFG \- Piedade Campus * Work Mode: On-site * Schedule: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM (Monday to Friday), 1-hour break * Monthly Workload: 220 hours ### **About the Opportunity** The IBMR – Barra Campus is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at the Integrated Clinical Laboratory, contributing to organizational efficiency, service quality, and administrative support for the unit. We seek an organized, communicative, and proactive candidate who enjoys public-facing service and supporting administrative routines. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Provide in-person, telephone, and email support to students, staff, suppliers, and visitors; * Monitor personnel entry and exit according to internal procedures; * Organize the reception area and maintain the service environment; * Assist in scheduling rooms, meetings, and appointments; * Record information in internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports; * Receive, verify, and forward documents; * Support administrative tasks such as filing, material control, and document printing; * Assist with internal communications and institutional events; * Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. ### **Requirements** ✔ Completed High School education ✔ Technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Management, or related fields (preferred) ✔ Prior experience in customer service or reception ✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills ✔ Organizational ability, proactivity, and professional demeanor ✔ Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Study Grant
