The main challenge will be supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Experience-area projects, partnering with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure WOW! moments across all guest touchpoints. What are the routine responsibilities of the Guest Experience Intern (Journey)? * Support the planning and organization of Experience-area projects; * Assist in tracking ongoing projects and initiatives, documenting status and learnings; * Support the organization of materials, documents, and presentations; * Contribute ideas to improve guest experience at physical and digital touchpoints; * Support the collection and organization of guest feedback and experience metrics; * Participate in resort visits for learning and initiative monitoring, when necessary. Required Education, Knowledge, and Prerequisites * Currently enrolled in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets); * Organizational skills and willingness to learn how to plan and manage tasks; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills across various departments and profiles; * Proactive, curious profile with eagerness to learn and execute tasks with team support; * Interest in data analysis and experience metrics; * Availability for occasional travel to resorts, when necessary.
