Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Quality Analyst to support the implementation and maintenance of management systems, draft and review documents, monitor KPIs, and participate in audits—contributing to continuous improvement. Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the implementation and maintenance of processes within the Dexco Management System (DMS); * Assist in drafting, reviewing, and controlling quality and process documents and procedures; * Monitor quality indicators and support result analysis; * Participate in internal audits and assist in preparation for external audits; * Assist in identifying, recording, and addressing nonconformities; * Support root cause analysis and definition of action plans for continuous improvement; * Contribute to process improvement initiatives and activity standardization; * Support training related to quality procedures and practices; * Ensure that processes and activities comply with applicable standards, policies, and requirements; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (final semester) in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001); * Familiarity with quality tools (5W2H, PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, among others); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or data analysis tools (especially Excel). **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
