




Job Summary: An administrative support and customer service professional responsible for cash handling, customer relations, collections, and material organization. Key Highlights: 1. Direct customer relationship (students and parents) 2. Diverse administrative and financial responsibilities 3. Cash and material management Cash opening and closing; Customer relationship (visits, parents, and students); Collections tasks; Absenteeism follow-up; Counter tasks (receiving customers, handling cancellations, answering phone calls, issuing and explaining contracts, collecting monthly fees, selling materials, selling installment plans with discounts); Cancellation reversal; Administrative tasks; Flexible availability; Issuing invoices; Material requisition and organization; Sending the daily schedule and emails to management. Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Thursday: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Desired Qualifications: * Sales, Technical Course * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree * Information Technology, Technical Course Languages: * English (Basic) Transportation Allowance
