Supporting leadership in decision-making The Senior FP&A Analyst will serve as a strategic business partner, supporting leadership in decision-making through financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring. This position reports directly to the Controller and plays a\-key role in advancing the company's financial maturity. Key Responsibilities: **Financial Planning** Lead the development of the annual budget Develop and maintain rolling forecasts (monthly or quarterly) Plan revenue, costs, expenses, and headcount Ensure alignment between financial planning and corporate strategy **Performance Analysis** Analyze Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast Explain significant variances with causal analysis Identify financial risks and opportunities for improvement Support strategic decisions with data-driven insights **SaaS Unit Economics Metrics** Build, monitor, and analyze metrics such as MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, payback, gross margin, and Rule of 40 Support pricing, growth, and profitability analyses Develop financial models and scenario analyses **Business Partnering** Collaborate closely with leaders from Product, Sales, Customer Success, and HR teams Support hiring decisions, investment evaluations, and project prioritization Prepare executive presentations and materials for the board and leadership
