Whether near you or on the other side of the world, at SEGULA Technologies you will find the opportunity that gives new meaning to your career! **Job Description** Quality Analyst – Automotive Segment – 394/95 Goiana, PE Employment Type: CLT Work Mode: On-site Working Hours: Business hours Responsibilities: - Participate in vehicle conception, development, and industrialization phases, ensuring manufacturability, assembly feasibility, and quality - Serve as interface between Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, Suppliers, and other departments - Ensure compliance with technical standards, cost targets, and timelines per automotive industry requirements - Develop, monitor, and manage quality performance indicators (KPIs) - Implement and monitor robustness and reliability tools - Analyze quality indicators related to Issues, APQP, and PPAP in Body, Chassis, and/or Interior areas - Lead corrective and preventive actions - Act as interface between defect detection and resolution - Create and update indicators with projections to support decision-making - Ensure appropriate handling of hot points and escalations - Perform VRS reviews of grids and PCPs, ensuring adherence to standards - Support RTs in tracking and resolving quality-related pending items. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. - Advanced English proficiency, with ability to participate in technical meetings. - Experience in the automotive industry, working in quality, development, processes, or industrialization. **Additional Information** On-site activity in Goiana/PE.
